Valorant is a free-to-play first-person shooter developed and published by Riot Games, officially released on June 2, 2020. Players are divided into two teams of five, with one team attacking and the other defending. The primary game mode involves planting and defusing a spike in a best-of-25 rounds format, where the attacking team aims to plant the spike at designated sites, and the defending team tries to prevent this. Players choose from a roster of “Agents,” each with unique abilities that enhance various playstyles, adding a strategic layer to the traditional shooter mechanics.
